Bee Kind Originals Return Policy

At Bee Kind Originals, we want you to love your purchase. We carefully inspect every piece of jewelry before it is shipped and stand behind the quality of every item we sell.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You may return most unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be in new, unworn condition.
• Item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Worn jewelry
• Damaged jewelry caused by misuse
• Customized or personalized items
• Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We'll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

This allows us to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

How to Start a Return

To request a return:

1. Contact us with your order number.
2. We'll provide return instructions.
3. Securely package the item.
4. Ship the package using a trackable shipping service.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you regarding approval.

If approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or another available ring, we're happy to exchange eligible items whenever inventory permits.

Because many of our designs are available in limited quantities, exchanges cannot always be guaranteed.

Genuine 925 Sterling Silver Jewelry

Every ring sold by Bee Kind Originals is crafted from genuine 925 sterling silver unless otherwise noted.

Natural gemstones, pearls, turquoise, and other natural materials may vary slightly in color, pattern, or appearance. These natural variations make every piece unique and are not considered defects.
